Hi, my name is Madison. I moved to San Diego from Atlanta in August 2024 to pursue a career in real estate. I’ve always been big on potential. I love hidden gems at the thrift store, houses that have so many foundation issues they’re better off being torn down, men you think you can save.. the list goes on.

All jokes aside, I’m very passionate about this job. I get to meet a lot of really cool investors and it’s very fulfilling to see the houses I sell be restored for the next generation of families' to enjoy. Some of the properties are total time capsules and I have a lot of fun walking them, reminiscing on the memories that were made, and imagining what I would do with the space.

It also makes me really happy seeing the people I’ve built relationships with find that perfect deal and make a really nice profit.

It’s more than just a transaction in my eyes, my goal is to establish long-lasting relationships with investors and keep them coming back to me for the next deal. I avoid pushing a quick sale, and many times have told investors “hey, this deal just isn’t for you”. I’m open, I’m honest, I’m transparent, and I want you to win just as much as you do.
